SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:
All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). A fee of $25 per firearm will be added to all firearms. Out of state residents must have firearms transferred to a FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) in their state of residence and buyer must take possession from them. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to send the handgun to the FFL.

AUCTION TIME & DATE:
Online Only - Staggered Closing Beginning 12:00 PM, Saturday, November  19, 2022  and Ending 5:00 PM Sunday, November 27, 2022

STAGGERED CLOSING:
The auction will begin closing at a rate that is TBD. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 30 seconds of the lot closing

 Monday, November 28, 2022 and Tuesday November 29, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Assiter Auction Facility, 16650 Interstate 27, Canyon, TX 79015. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick-up or shipping arrangements are made.

20% Online Bidding
A buyer’s premium will be charged on each purchase. A buyer’s premium, an advertised percentage of the high bid will be added to the high bid and become part of the purchase amount at settlement.
